PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING: CUSTOMER SERVICE
BCMPC was conducting a learning session on Personality Development training: Customer service. The event was not only informative but also engaging and provided valuable insights on how to improve customer service skills. The training session was well-organized, and the facilitators were highly passionate. Their enthusiasm and passion for customer service were evident throughout the day, and they managed to captivate the attention of the participants and keep the participants engaged. The learning session was truly valuabe. It was a great way to practice the newly acquired skills and build confidence in our abilities.
