BCMPC proudly organized the International Youth Day Celebration: The School Showdown. Attended by eight ( partner schools to a day of learning, competition, and collaboration. The event highlighted youth leadership, creativity, and action toward sustainable development and beyond.

The morning learning session, under the theme “Local Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond”, featured esteemed resource persons Ma’am Loucille Alcala-Dabhi and Sir Mehulbai Dabhi, who shared insights on translating global goals into tangible, place-based actions within our communities. Their guidance inspired students to identify practical steps, foster collaboration, and envision scalable solutions that start at the local level and resonate beyond.

In the afternoon, participants engaged in a series of dynamic competitions: Quiz Bee, Spelling Contest, Poster Making, and Vocal Duet. These activities provided a platform for students to showcase knowledge, vocabulary mastery, artisitc expression, and teamwork, all while reinforcing the day’s focus on youth empowerment and sustainable development.
